Crew Culture Manager
The role of Crew Culture Manager is a vital one in ensuring the success of our airport teams. As a key member of our Airport Experience team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our people strategy at Adelaide Airport.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Airport Manager to drive high-performance outcomes across our people and operations. You will be the go-to expert for all things related to people leadership, from performance management and policy development to reward and recognition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of the people strategy for the airport.
* Partner with the Airport Manager to drive high-performance outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to support the growth and development of our people.
This role requires a dynamic and inspirational leader who can motivate and engage our airport teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. A tertiary qualification in HR, Business Management or equivalent experience is also highly desirable.
