Serving Communities as a Senior Nurse in Primary Care
You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering healthcare services to a prison population. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse – Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
* Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of quality improvement and evidence-based practice in healthcare
* Experience working in a primary nursing setting, ideally within a forensic or correctional environment
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
