The General Production roles involve general work around the factory where we make mattresses - we will rotate you from task to task so you learn multiple functions to help the team. About the Role : Follow all company instructions relating to safety Operating tape edge machine Ensure build quality up to company standards Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Report daily production output to the production supervisor About You : Manufacturing production experience (preferred but not essential) Reliable transport Able to understand and follow instructions Physically fit (able to lift up to 25 kgs) Safety conscious Benefits: Regular overtime opportunities Penalty rates Staff discounts 6 am starts, finish early Fridays!
