Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
Lead end-to-end event planning and delivery to align with strategic objectives and strengthen stakeholder engagement
Coordinate logistics including venues, A/V, merchandise, and suppliers
Oversee budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation
Liaise with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders
Create and send invitations, manage RSVPs, and track timelines using tools like Microsoft Office, Jira and Hubspot
Measure and report on event ROI and stakeholder feedback
Essential
Job Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering events of various sizes
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and track expenses accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms
Ability to travel for key events across AU and NZ
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Preferred
Experience using project management tools
Qualifications in events, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience managing sponsorship obligations and reporting ROI
