We are a successful not for profit aged care provider, offering comprehensive range of services from residential aged care, independent retirement living, home support and home care services.
We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Corporate Services Officer - Part Time- 3 days per week to join our friendly team based in the beautiful Barossa Valley.
The opportunity:
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of customer service and administrative support to the CEO, Corporate Services Department and Executive Managers of Barossa Village.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technically proficient documentation including but not limited to reports, presentations and minutes for board, CEO and Executive
* Assist with data entry and admin support in finance.
* Updating relevant systems ensuring customer information is maintained to the required standards
* As required provide coverage to other customer service areas such as reception.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 5 years in an administrative role
* Advanced customer service skills
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised.
* Immediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
* Experience in using EFTPOS, cash handling & accurate data entry
* Available to attend Board Meetings for minute taking on a Tuesday evening (once a month)
