Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you'll oversee key functions such as roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork.

What You Will Do
The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:
* General administration and reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
* Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
* Supporting the Admin team on daily tasks
* Records management and document preparation.
* Assisting with meeting coordination and minute taking
What You Will Bring
* Leverage your previous experience in administration and have at least 2 years in a similar position.
* Experience in residential aged care or similar environments is highly desirable
* Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture.
* NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
