We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Services Project Leader to drive our Integrated Buildings Division in Canberra.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage and deliver high-quality mechanical services projects across commercial, residential, fit-out, aged care, and educational facilities.
* To oversee the design and documentation process for mechanical services.
* To mentor junior colleagues and foster their growth within the team.
* To collaborate closely with clients, respond efficiently to their needs, and participate in meetings and site inspections.
* To liaise effectively with contractors and sub-contractors during the construction phase.
* To manage project costings, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion while staying within budget.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of engineers.
* A strong track record in preparing detailed mechanical services design documentation for commercial, office, residential, and healthcare sectors.
* Prior experience in electrification of Mechanical Services is desirable.
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) is highly preferable.
* Proficiency in design software: Camel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
