Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to provide high-quality maintenance services across our care home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard, aligning with regulatory requirements and resident preferences.

The successful candidate will have experience in property maintenance and building works, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Formal qualifications at post-trade or advanced certificate level, or relevant skills training or experience.
* Experience in property maintenance and building works.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in occupational health and safety.
* The ability to solve problems independently.
