About This Role
As a Production Estimator, you will play a critical role in the construction phase, ensuring accurate costing and seamless handover from pre-construction to build.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate production estimates for residential volume housing and multi-residential projectsReview contract documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction readinessLiaise with construction, procurement, drafting, and suppliers to finalise build costsPrice variations, upgrades, and post-contract changes accurately and efficientlyEnsure estimates align with company margins, budgets, and cost control standardsMaintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlinesContribute positively to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing estimating team
Requirements
Over 5 years' experience as a Production Estimator within residential constructionProven experience working with a volume builder (essential)Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and supplier pricingHighly organised with excellent accuracy and time management skillsConfident communicator who works well across teamsComfortable working within established systems and structured processes
