About The Role
Internal property management of a portfolio of around 100 properties.
Portfolio predominantly based in the Western Suburbs.
Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to the owners and tenants.
No inspection duties. (Routines, finals and PCR's are outsourced)
Providing support and guidance to Junior staff.
Dedicated trust accountant and BDM.
Skill & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager
Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Tech savvy and computer proficient
Ability to work autonomously
