Job Description:
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience while handling enquiries, reservations and guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach and experience to holiday park operations including an ability to close a sale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
* Provide information about the park's amenities, activities and local attractions
* Handle reservations and manage guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in guest services or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software (RMS)
* Own reliable transport (car) along with flexibility to work at various holiday parks
* Availability every second weekend
* A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others
