Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth of our sleep business within our network of CPAP clinics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team management, and customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from sleep services
* Manage and motivate a team of CPAP consultants and specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Foster collaboration between team members and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
* Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services
* Analyze and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives for continued growth and success
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and business development capabilities
* Effective organizational and time management skills
* Able to interpret financial reports and legal documents
* In-depth understanding of medical supplies and pharmacy operations
Regular travel to CPAP clinics is required. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
