**About the role**:
This exciting role will require you to work alongside a fantastic, professional and motivated local team, including optometrists and experienced optical dispensers. You will attend to patient vision care needs and support the team with daily sales, customer service, operations, administration and marketing.
In this role, you will join us as a Part-Time or Casual team member, available to work 2-4 days a week, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday.
**What Your Day Job looks Like**:
- You will be involved in all aspects of our customer's optometry journey from using high-tech pre-test equipment to dispensing and frame styling.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working towards sales and customer experience targets and KPIs.
- Complaint Resolution.
- Maintenance of Store Presentation Standards and Stock Management.
- Operational/admin tasks as needed in general day to day running of store.
- **Must**be available to work **weekends**, and **evenings**on Thursday and Friday as required.
**About you**:
- A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Results-driven and a determination for exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- An interest in retail sales and optics.
- A high standard of personal presentation.
- Punctual and reliable.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience working towards KPIs and targets is highly desired.
- Experience in a fast paced role such as within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Optical dispensing qualification experience is highly desired, but not essential.
- **Evening**and **Weekend**availability is a **must.**

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
