What You'll Do
- Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple venues, with priority focus on kitchens and food service.
- Provide hands-on support and training to Head Chefs in system usage, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead the rollout and monitoring of our kitchen system (Buy Force Live ), ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Partner with Venue Managers to deliver quality menus, efficient stock control, and strong financial results.
- Contribute to beverage operations, with particular emphasis on wine knowledge and regional wine curation.
- Conduct regular venue visits, ensuring standards are met and opportunities for improvement are captured.
About You
- Extensive experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record in kitchen operations.
- Confident in training and supporting chefs, with experience in procurement and kitchen systems (Buy Force Live or similar).
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of COGS, margins, and stock control.
- Solid knowledge of wine and Australian wine regions.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel between venues regularly (TAS, VIC, QLD).
