About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational presentation of a landmark 400 unit Build-to-Rent development in Melbourne. The building features world-class resident amenities including a spa, wellness centre, bars, co-working spaces and extensive communal facilities. Reporting to the General Manager – Property, this role will take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the building, assets and facilities are maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for residents. The position will lead on-site maintenance staff while managing external contractors and service providers.
