About the Company: Our client, a planet friendly technology company focusing on the manufacturing and research of graphene enhanced energy saving products and solutions, are seeking multiple Operations Technicians to join their team!
Role
As an Operations Technician, your responsibilities may include, but aren’t limited to:
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and operating process control equipment, systems and technology.
- Performing routine checks and maintenance tasks on machines and other equipment.
- Identifying and troubleshooting equipment or system malfunctions and reporting issues to management.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and tools.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Documenting operational activities, data and results for reference and reporting purposes.
- Performing quality control tests to ensure the final product meets set specifications.
- Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals and resolve issues.
- Conducting electrical & instrumentation inspections, maintenance, and testing.
- Addressing preventative and corrective maintenance work-orders
- Assisting in the investigation of breakdowns, downtime, and reliability issues and participating in criticality reviews.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience operating and troubleshooting machinery in the manufacturing industry.
- Robust understanding of quality control.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills.
- The ability to repetitively lift up to 25kg.
- Current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle as the site is difficult to access via public transport
