Product Visionary Job Opportunity:
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and lifecycle management of customer-focused products with a focus on Consumer Energy Resources (CER), aligned to strategic priorities.
* Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer needs.
* Product Strategy & Development: Shape and define compelling product concepts aligned with strategic goals and Customer Solutions Roadmap.
* Business Case Development: Contribute to comprehensive business cases covering scope, requirements, financials, risk assessments, and strategic options.
* Go-to-Market Planning: Support the creation of channel strategies and marketing collateral for successful product launches.
* Agile Product Development: Apply rapid iteration and testing methodologies to improve features and customer value.
* Lifecycle Leadership: Manage product journeys from inception to retirement, ensuring continued relevance and strategic alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in product management, product ownership, marketing, or product-focused project roles.
* Skilled in preparing high-quality business cases, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate analysis, findings, risks, and alignment to strategic goals.
* Background in the energy sector, specifically in CER technologies and solutions.
* Strategic mindset paired with strong commercial acumen – able to assess feasibility, viability, and desirability of new models using insights, financial modelling, and capability reviews.
* Tertiary qualification in Product Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
