Role Description:
As an Educator at The Children's House, you will help foster child-led learning in a beautiful, peaceful environment within a professional and supportive team. Your role will include:
* Supportive Guide: Assisting with our holistic program, encouraging independence, fostering curiosity, and nurturing empathy while creating a genuine sense of community.
* Guardian of Well-being: Providing gentle guidance and supervision, ensuring our children feel safe, supported, and emotionally secure as they explore their World.
* Nature Explorer: Leading outdoor adventures in our natural garden and beyond, inspiring children to connect with nature and develop a love for the environment.
* Creative Spark: Encouraging artistic expression and cultural exploration through stories, music, movement, and hands-on activities, helping each child discover their unique talents and interests.
Requirements:

Essentials:
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience in an early years setting
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
* Current valid Blue Card
* A genuine interest in holistic, child centred education
While our program is guided by the Montessori method, experience is not essential as high quality training will be provided.
