The successful applicant should have:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant field
* Strong analytical skills
* At least 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role and 10+ years as a cost controller
* Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting final costs, cash flows, and estimating processes
* Familiarity with procurement, contracts, quantity surveying, planning, scheduling, and engineering procedures
