Supply Chain Management Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Supply Chain Management practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite, with a focus on implementing high-performance teams and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and possess a deep understanding of related interfaces and technology platforms. You will work closely with account teams to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios, prepare implementation plans, and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.
Key responsibilities will include building actionable roadmaps, supporting the creation of business cases, conducting Proof of Concept (PoC), providing architecture advice, and delivering implementation support as needed. You will also act as the conduit between customers and product management/engineering to prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, run/support industry-specific round tables and events for SCM and supply chain planning and execution.
In addition, you will need to be able to work individually and as part of a high-performance team locally and globally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success. Your vast experience and knowledge within the industry will make you a trusted advisor and thought leader to our colleagues/partners on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges, or deployment options.
Requirements
* A proven 7+ years professional experience working as a senior SAP IBP consultant
* Has gained expert knowledge in SAP IBP and ideally covering at least 5+ full implementation life cycles
* Shows a proven project deliver experience with product and domain knowledge in SAP IBP covering a broad range of modules like DP, S&OP, Supply Planning, etc..
* Shows a proven deliver experience in projects that have included associated processes like Demand Management, Inventory Management, Capacity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Planning, Plan execution in SAP PPDS, All relevant master data and organisation structure
* Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices where applicable
* Associate SAP Certification in the Core area and/or a professional certification will be an advantage
* APICS or Oliver Wight certification a bonus
* ABAP development and CPDIS skills a plus
* Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
* Ease in presenting complex information to customers in a clear, well documented and trustworthy manner
* Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
* Strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus
* Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
* Experience with ML, IoT, SAP Joule and other AI tools is a plus
* Basic knowledge of programming is a plus
* Practical experience with process modelling tools Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe is a plus
