Saya Skincare is a premium, performance-led botanical skincare brand born in Noosa and loved globally. Built on ritual, results and refined simplicity, the brand is entering its next phase of growth, and we're looking for a creative leader to help shape how Saya shows up in the world.
We are seeking a Brand & Creative Manager (3 days per week) to own and execute the visual and emotional expression of Saya Skincare across all channels. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for both creative direction and execution. You will personally create and manage content while ensuring the brand remains consistent, considered, and commercially effective as it scales.
About the Role
You are the guardian and creator of the Saya aesthetic. You are responsible for how the Saya brand is expressed across content, social, campaigns, and creative assets.

• Brand visual identity and creative
expression
• Content creation and curation across
social, email, and brand channels
• Influencer, PR, and creative production
management
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and other relevant platforms
* Write captions, design posts and manage the social content calendar
* Own influencer, ambassador and PR relationships
* Plan and manage campaign shoots, creative assets and storytelling
* Design and build EDMs so they look beautiful, on-brand and engaging
* Own the visual direction of our website (imagery, layouts, creative feel)
* Create POS and brand assets for wholesale partners
* Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and markets
* Work closely with the Growth & Performance Manager to ensure brand supports conversion
About You
You are a senior creative brand builder with strong brand judgement who loves being in the details.
You
* Have a strong visual eye and design sensibility
* Are comfortable creating content yourself (Adobe, editing, posting, email design) and making clear creative decisions that protect and evolve a premium brand
* Understand modern beauty branding, social platforms, influencer marketing and content formats
* Care deeply about aesthetic, storytelling and community
* Stay closely attuned to cultural and platform shifts without chasing trends for their own sake
