You'll work with organisations ranging from fast-growing SMEs to large corporates, helping them secure the talent they need while building a strong network of candidates and decision-makers.
This role blends business development, consulting, and talent sourcing, giving you the foundations to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
Focus Areas
* Building new business relationships by identifying and engaging with decision-makers across new and existing organisations
* Consulting with clients to understand hiring needs and advising on the best talent solutions
* Sourcing and engaging candidates through networking, direct outreach, our database, and online platforms
* Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial client briefing through to offer and placement
* Structuring your day effectively to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
* Collaborating with colleagues across the business to maximise cross-sell opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for clients and candidates
Your Skillset
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a client-facing role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* A commercial mindset and interest in business development
* Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets
* Resilience, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
