This role will assist in the production of the internal monthly & quarterly portfolio reports, liaise closely with a broad array of asset managers to source data and commentary, assist conducting initial quantitative and qualitative analysis on current and prospective investments across a range of asset classes, plus other ad hoc requirements.
A typical day will see you...............
* Work closely with the Head of Managed Portfolios from an operations, administration and research perspective.
* Management of key databases, documents and performance attribution for the Koda Reference Portfolios.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the ISG library, publications, pitch documents, presentation packs and other portfolio management tools.
* 2-3 years of transferable experience in the Financial Services industry.
* Tertiary qualification in Economics, Commerce, Finance or related discipline. CFA Charterholder Program candidacy would also be viewed favourably.
* An analytical mindset with strong research and quantitative skills (across maths & statistics) and ability to understand complex ideas and concepts. Strong Excel skills are essential.
* A high level of confidentiality, accountability and attention to detail. Further, an ability to autonomously prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations.
* An ability to work collaboratively as part of team located across multiple capital cities.
