The City of Kalamunda is seeking an experienced and capable leader to take on the role of Manager Community Hubs & Safety on a five-year negotiated contract.
This is a significant leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Community Safety, Fire Compliance, Ranger Services, Emergency Management, CCTV strategy, and Library and Community Hub services.
You will play a key role in strengthening community safety, evolving our libraries into vibrant multi-skilled hubs, and ensuring legislative compliance across a diverse and high-impact portfolio.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time five‐year negotiated contract working Monday to Friday, 75 hours per fortnight. Given the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to attend Council meetings, community meetings, and other engagements outside of standard business hours.
About the Benefits
The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $170,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus superannuation.
