* Motivate and support educators to deliver care and educational programs
* Develop strong relationships with families during tours and enrollments
* Oversee curriculum development aligned with EYLF and NQF frameworks
* Promote quality practices in line with National Quality Standards
* Mentor and guide the service's educational philosophy
