About this role:
This is an opportunity to be the face of our WA Branch office through Reception duties as well as being a key part of our Accounts & Business Services team undertaking general office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and handle phone calls with professionalism and warmth
* Phone backup for other branches
* Maintain organised schedules, files and records
* Provide administration support to the Accounts & Business Services Manager
* Assist the Accounts & Business Services Manager with IT coordination support
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Great multitasking and organisational abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated experience in Reception and general office administration
* Familiarity with basic IT systems
