Exciting Opportunity: Site Manager in the Construction Sector. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team, a leading tier 3 builder in Adelaide, known for their industrial projects. Do you have a trade background with an interest in moving into a Site Manager role in the commercial construction industry?
Responsibilities
* At least 1-5 years of experience in a Site Manager position within the construction industry, desirably on commercial projects.
* A background in fit-out/refurbishment is a bonus.
* Industrial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to oversee site safety operations and deliver work in a safe manner.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Site Manager within construction (preferably commercial projects).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality on site.
