We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new partnership with a fast-growing, premium retail brand. As they expand their presence across Australia, we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead their new boutique in Burnside Shopping Centre, Adelaide.
About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new store, shaping its culture, and driving its success from day one. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leading a team of 5 casual staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you’ll be a key player in building a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s premium image and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and compliance with company policies.
* Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-energy team culture.
* Ensure every customer receives a premium, tailored shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s ethos.
* Maintain exceptional store presentation, creating engaging product displays that enhance the customer experience.
* Implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the head office team.
* Conduct regular audits, manage inventory levels, and oversee stock replenishment.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally within premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
* A strong leader and mentor who thrives on coaching and developing a team.
* Proven ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs, and create a customer-first culture.
* Strong operational and stock management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with Shopify and JIFI systems is highly regarded.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
* Competitive $70,000 – $75,000 salary package.
