You will be responsible for keeping financial processes running smoothly, ensuring accuracy across multiple projects, and helping to manage revenue and collections.
Reporting to the CFO, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
Responsibilities
* Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Journal entries
* Track and record project revenue accurately based on contract terms
* Process and issue invoices, credit notes, and revenue adjustments
* Support month‑end processes
* Follow up on overdue payments to reduce debt
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Process improvement
* Ensure all financial records are up to date and accurate
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage the accounts inbox and respond to queries
* Ad‑hoc duties as required
Qualifications
* 3+ years proven work experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role
* Strong understanding of general accounting principles and processes
* Confident in managing reconciliations, journals, and month‑end support
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
* Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
