We are a locally owned and operated Hotel/Pub operating in regional Queensland. We host between 50-200 guests each night, regularly provide catering for corporate and private functions, and offer twenty hotel rooms.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Cert IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety Certificate preferable
