Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatments for our amazing dentists and hygienists/therapists.
- Process patient invoices, receipts, and treatment quotes with precision and care.
- Work alongside our specialists to ensure patients receive seamless and exceptional care.
- Provide outstanding patient support, creating an experience that’s as positive as it is professional.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist.
- Strong organisational skills and a warm, friendly demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- A current Working with Children clearance.
- Written confirmation of immunization as per NHMRC’s The Australian Immunization Handbook.
- Familiarity with D4W software.
- Dental Assisting experience is an advantage.
