You're a Tech Support Engineer who's not just a whizz with End-User support, Azure AD, Intune, and the whole Microsoft toolkit, but you're also super self-driven and really upbeat person, who adds a spark of fun and humour into the workplace setting.
You're the type of "go-getter" that can dive in remotely without needing someone to hold your hand, and you enjoy autonomy when the call comes in to hit the ground running for on-site support activities, equally comfortable providing deskside support with your end-user base where you actively strive to build positive relationships with a genuine service delivery type mindset, so yes, that's the kind of energetic, go-getter Tech Engineer that we're looking for!
Due to the nature of this role travelling between a number of office sites providing technical support services, you will require a current and active Drivers license to be able to meet the travel requirements.
