With a team of 16 and a strong project pipeline, we're on track to complete 200 sales this year across 6 major projects. Our land bank, vision, and momentum are set to take us even further next year. While we build apartments, our focus is firmly on service, with the customer experience shaping everything we do.
We're now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our Marketing Manager as we move into our next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:
* Working alongside our Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns and rollouts
* Managing our social media channels for both project and company pages
* Coordinating client video testimonials and display suite content
* Writing blogs, development updates, and market commentary
* Managing property portals
* Buyer communications via Salesforce
* Maintaining display suite tidiness
* Supporting PR initiatives
* Assisting at project launches and events
* Providing marketing and sales collateral for our Sales Agents
* Monitoring stock availability, price list updates, and campaign reporting
* Ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team
What you'll bring:
* Strong writing skills for blogs, PR pieces, social media, and mailers
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Creative flair, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in lifestyle, people, and property
* Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Suite and WordPress is an advantage
