What You'll Do:
* Hit your sales targets through smart account management and growth strategies
* Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs
* Oversee project progress and resolve technical/commercial issues
* Promote our products through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
* Respond to sales and technical inquiries, and introduce new innovations
* Prepare proposals and presentations to win new and repeat business
* Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances
What You Bring:
* 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome)
* Familiarity with local industry markets in Australia
* Experience in coatings or related industries is a plus
* A motivated, proactive mindset and willingness to travel
* Tertiary qualifications are a bonus
* Full Australian working rights and current residence
