OUR LEARNING PROGRAMS
Prospert's Learning and Development programs are designed to support individuals and organisations working across public employment services. We focus on what works – blending structured frameworks, proven tools, and frontline experience to build capability that lasts.
Sales Coaches and Mentors are an integral part of our value proposition to clients. Drawing on their own experience in leading teams, they co-facilitate in person workshop training, virtual group coaching as well as conducting individual mentoring to help embed new sales techniques in those completing our online learning programs. Through this "human touch", our clients see a dramatic uplift in performance as their teams grow in confidence.
REMUNERATION
This is a casual position which suits independent contractors or semi-retired/retired business development executives looking to provide their expertise to emerging sales talent. Rates are A$120-$150 per hour with an expected workload of hours per week depending on demand.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Coaching
• Lead or support virtual 60 – 90-minute sales coaching sessions with client leaders and consultants
• Coach audience in training related application of skills, tools and templates
• Review assignments and provide feedback to recipients
Mentoring
• Mentor individual client leaders and consultants
• Probe mentees on their challenges, what's working and where they need assistance
• Engage mentees to take accountability for making behavioural changes to improve performance
• Agree goals and objectives to achieve between mentoring sessions
Training
• Participate in client training workshops on site or virtual
• Contribute to content development for bespoke training needs
Collaboration
• Engage peers to share IP developed during training, coaching and mentoring sessions
• Share experience and case studies with team
• Contribute to new content development
ADDITIONAL NOTES
COACHING
Coaching is usually conducted in pairs managing groups ranging from 10 – 25 personnel.
Group sessions are scheduled in series for similar times/days of week.
MENTORING
Coaches receive mentoring requests based on their availability. During peak demands, sessions are running most days of the week, starting as early as 6am and finishing around 4.30pm AEDT.
Mentoring is one on one with our client's personnel, typically Site or Team Leaders and individuals involved in employer engagement.
Mentoring sessions run for minimum 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for administration and reporting.
Access to mentoring is via Calendly with Mentors availability highlighted to clients to select their preferred time.
