Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and internal technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and minor works.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and engage subcontractors for regional and specialized works.
* Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation is received and reviewed.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Assist with quotes, purchase orders, and invoices for subcontractor-delivered works.
* Manage the lifecycle of service jobs within the job management system from creation to close-out.
* Support the Maintenance Scheduler with technician planning and resource allocation.
* Update client portals with job progress, documentation, and ensure timely completion.
* Monitor outstanding works and chase up reports, photos, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a service coordination or administrative support role.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
