Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, desserts and baked goods
* Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and consistency
* Follow recipes, portioning and production schedules
* Ensure allows food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards are met
* Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar pastry role
* Ability to work early morning shifts
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Team-focused with a positive attitude
