Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering
----------------------------------- Overview:
A challenging role has become available in the Workforce Planning Team, driving positive business outcomes through the construction of Cabin Crew patterns and roster solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational stability and lowest crew unit cost while adhering to EBA and industrial agreements.
----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities:
• Produce flying patterns (e.g., SYD:PER:CDG)
• Create compliant rosters
• Respond to crew queries regarding bidding
• Support business decisions by providing insights and analysis
• Identify process improvement opportunities
----------------------------------- Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, Finance, Logistics or equivalent relevant experience
• Advanced skills in Excel - an excel based competency test will be required prior to the interview
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to implement logical checks to improve accuracy or identify process improvements
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Highly motivated and goal driven while working calmly under pressure
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs and challenge existing work practices to make improvements
• Lateral thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think commercially
• Strong organisation and time management skills
