Overview
Little Rocket is a First Nations-owned and operated creative and marketing agency celebrating its fifteenth year. We develop content and campaigns across key areas such as First Nations engagement, environment and sustainability, education, health, art, public works, social justice and more. We are seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to help direct and develop our current campaign work and event offerings. The role is a dynamic position that works across a variety of clients and projects and serves as a central figure in the marketing and communications team.
Responsibilities
Marketing
* Develop strategies for various marketing campaigns and projects
* Conduct market research to obtain insights for campaigns
* Conduct competitor analysis and focus groups
* Develop evaluation and post-campaign reports
* Interface with clients to discuss marketing objectives
* Contribute to the formation of Little Rocket's annual marketing strategy
* Develop creative concepts for campaigns and branding directions
* Develop concept presentations and present to clients
* Create content and manage social campaigns for clients
* Guide quoting for marketing and communications-related projects
* Manage paid social, digital and print advertising campaigns
Event Management
* Create an annual events strategy to coordinate all event activations
* Organise, plan and implement events and activations for the agency and clients
* Develop post-event reports to submit to clients
* Coordinate with studio manager to fulfill event-related tasks
* Work with Arts Manager to deliver art-related event activations
* Work with Talent Manager to book talent for a range of events and activations
* Liaise with Design and Audio Visual teams to produce event-related assets
* Coordinate the delivery of collateral, props and art to key event locations
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference and who like to work collaboratively within a creative and dynamic team with a good work ethic. Applicants should have:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Arts
* 3+ years relevant work experience
* Strong written and oral skills
* Experience leading and collaborating with teams
