**Your Skills and Experience**
To be successful in the role, you will require the following:
- A genuine passion to work alongside the elderly and to make a positive and lasting difference in their lives
- Professional experience of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
- Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centered focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
- Resilience and compassion
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
