Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at HMAS Harman. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of fire systems, emergency response coordination, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain fire systems, perform minor repairs and ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements.
* Conduct condition assessments and provide asset data validation on assets identified for maintenance and minor works.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues at the lowest level possible.
Requirements
* Experience with fire systems maintenance and emergency response coordination.
* Current Open Driver's Licence.
* NSW FPAS Accreditation.
* Able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory).
