**About the role**
As a key member of the team, this position is pivotal to the success of the Facilities Management and Asset maintenance contract on the site. This role provides a central source of data for the teams as well as supporting reporting and analysis activities for the Asset Maintenance and Management Teams. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage all planned work ready to be scheduled
- Compiling of work packs with all task specific information
- Recording and reporting of relevant history in the client Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as required
- Maintenance of the Annual Works Plan
- Supply labour forecast on labour/trade requirements for a period
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with UGL and client representatives
- Compiling weekly maintenance schedules in conjunction with UGL supervisors
- Providing information in relation to scheduled and unscheduled activities to UGL
- Maintaining labour forecasts in conjunction with UGL supervisors for routine maintenance
- Planning and execution scheduling meetings with UGL supervisors on a weekly basis
- Support the contract by supplying data as required to assist reporting
- Compiling weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Up-date maintenance management system as required
- Creating new MSTs and Standard Jobs in the clients CMS as required
**Required qualifications and education requirements**
- Be proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System such as Ellipse
- Be competent in Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Outlook etc) and Primavera P6
- Have a strong commitment to safety ensuring safe work practices are adhered to
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, problem solve, resolve conflicts, prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment
