Support Worker Position
We are seeking Support Workers to provide personalized care for individuals with disabilities.
* Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of each client
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
* Work collaboratively with other Support Workers and management team to achieve goals and objectives
Key Requirements
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate
* 12 months experience working with people with disabilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
