Overview
We are partnering with a leading civil and infrastructure contractor to find a Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of FRP and concrete structures on high-profile projects. This is a hands-on, FIFO role (10 days on, 4 days off) with travel provided on company time, perfect for a strong leader who thrives on site, managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee FRP and concrete structure delivery on-site
* Support and mentor a team of 2 Supervisors
* Maintain a hands-on presence on site to drive delivery and troubleshoot issues
* Read, interpret, and implement complex drawings and specifications
* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
Qualifications
* 5 years supervising experience in FRP and concrete structure delivery
* Strong technical ability to read and interpret complex civil/structural drawings
* Hands-on, practical approach with a "boots on the ground" mentality
* Experience leading and supporting a small supervisory team
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
