As a Junior Content Producer in our Creative Studio, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing leading brands like Club Lime, hiit republic, Plus Fitness, and GROUNDUP to life. From day one, you’ll be in the action - supporting shoots, capturing in-gym content, and producing engaging edits that connect with real audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation - Shoot, Edit, Deliver
* Create and deliver multimedia content (video, photography, graphics, copy) across Viva Leisure brands under direction of the Content Producer, ensuring alignment to brief, brand, platform, and campaign objectives
* Assist on shoots across gyms, studios, events, and activations, capturing content in line with requirements and preparing accordingly
* Edit and deliver content to required formats, tone, and quality standards, meeting deadlines and supporting both brand and sales-driven campaigns
* Adapt content style across multiple brands, maintaining distinct identities and audience alignment
Content Planning & Calendar Support
* Support the content calendar by tracking deadlines, organising assets, and flagging gaps to ensure smooth workflow
* Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and assist with storyboarding and planning for campaigns, events, and shoots
* Stay up to date with trends, formats, and cultural moments, proactively bringing relevant ideas to the team
Quality & Brand Standards
* Review all content against brand guidelines prior to submission, ensuring consistency and quality
* Maintain organised asset libraries, file management systems, and accurate labelling/version control
* Actively incorporate feedback from the Content Producer to strengthen output and creative discipline
Collaboration with Marketing Managers
* Work with Marketing Managers to understand briefs, campaign objectives, and content requirements across brands and locations
* Translate briefs into polished, commercially effective content for campaigns including pre-sales, launches, and activations
* Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers clearly, and contribute creative input during briefing sessions
Social Team Partnership & Organic Channel Performance
* Partner with the Social Media team to align content with organic strategy and growth targets
* Share and apply performance insights (reach, engagement, views, saves) to optimise future content
* Create platform-native, trend-aware content and support UGC strategy by identifying strong community content for amplification
* Participate in social reviews and flag opportunities for new formats or approaches
Team Support & Studio Culture
* Collaborate effectively across the Creative Studio and marketing team, proactively seeking clarity to ensure alignment
* Support cross-functional content requests as directed by the Content Producer
* Contribute to a positive, feedback-driven creative culture with a focus on high-quality output
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education & Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, photography, or a related creative role (internships and placements count)
* Hands-on experience shooting and editing video and photo content, with a portfolio or showreel to demonstrate your work
* Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or similar
* Comfortable using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and asset production
* Strong attention to detail – you notice when a font is wrong, a colour is off, or a cut doesn’t land
* A genuine interest in social media platforms, content formats, and what makes content perform
* Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple briefs and brands simultaneously
* A positive, proactive attitude – you take initiative, ask questions, and respond well to feedback
* Comfortable working on-site at gyms, events, and activations in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine interest or experience in health, fitness, or sport (desirable)
* Experience creating content in gym, retail, or live event environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with social media analytics tools (desirable)
