At Gracie Boutique Nanny Agency, we are always on the lookout for exceptional nannies who are caring, enthusiastic, and committed to creating safe, joyful, and enriching environments for children.
We are currently recruiting for multiple nanny positions across various locations, with a particular focus on afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday).
- Shift Availability: 2–4 afternoons per week
- Hours: varies between 1pm to 9pm
- Timeframe: Ongoing roles with long-term potential
- Transport: A valid driver’s licence and/or access to your own vehicle is essential
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated and hands-on
- Self-starters with the ability to multitask
- Passionate about childcare and early learning
- Energetic, imaginative, and full of personality
- Professional, reliable, and seeking a long-term role
- Able to build strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old (for legal reasons)
- A valid driver’s licence and access to your own car is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with basic household management
- A focus on educational play and supporting children’s development
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification preferred
Competitive hourly rate of $32.32 + 12% superannuation
