Guest Services Officer – Lake St Clair Campgrounds
An exciting opportunity to work in our campground in Lake St Clair, NSW.
About the Site
Lake St Clair Campgrounds boasts unspoilt provincial camping, including 11 powered campsites and 38 hectares of unpowered camp space. There is a concrete boat ramp (accessible at all water levels), electric and wood-fired barbecues, toilets, a shower block, and a camp kitchen.
The Role
We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work casually as a Guest Services Officer at our Eurobodalla Camp site – Dalmeny Campground. Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests – face to face and over the phone – as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.
About You
You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7-day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
You Will Bring To The Role
Fantastic customer service
Professional and personable telephone manner
Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills
Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice
Ensure cleaning is completed in a timely manner
Ability to work in a team environment
Essential
National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
Working with Children's Check, NSW or equivalent
Desirable
First Aid Level 2
Current CPR
RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not necessary
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
