Your Role as a Relationship Manager
1. Develop new revenue streams through meetings with prospective clients.
2. Increase conversion and revenue from multiple channels.
3. Be the primary point of contact for referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to complete service agreements and oversee services.
You will represent our brand and possess in-depth knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other funded programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in sales, account management, or client engagement.
* Excellent customer service skills and experience managing ongoing client relationships.
