Our Program
Ramsay's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner, with two distinct stages:
Year 1 – Explore Your Potential
* Gain hands‐on experience through rotations in multiple clinical settings: medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity, and critical care.
* Discover your passions, develop core clinical skills, and receive your Graduate Program Certificate of Completion.
Year 2 – Focus Your Expertise
* Tailor your development to your chosen specialty, supported by dedicated mentoring
* Access Commonwealth‐supported postgraduate study in selected specialties to deepen your clinical expertise

About You
We are seeking graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in line with Ramsay's core values. Key attributes include:
* Strong communication skills and empathy

* Confidence to make informed decisions and take ownership of your practice
* Completed, or on track to complete, a Diploma or Bachelor degree
* Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled/Registered Nurse or Midwife by August 2026
