**Job Description**:
- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly
- Provide Workshop Manager with an up-to-date progress report daily/weekly/monthly on all WIP in the rebuild center.
- Provide customers with an up-to-date progress report weekly/monthly on all their WIP in the rebuild center.
- Producing customer quotations and following up on on-going and upcoming work.
- Deputies for the W/shop Manager in his absence as required
- Meeting service targets and budgets.
- Developing long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both Customer and company needs
- Providing technical & other assistance to service clients
- Preparing necessary reports for management and customers
- Meeting regular service sales targets and coordinating service projects
- Communicate part issues promptly as required to ensure issues are dealt with accordingly
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the service team
- Liaising with other members of the Service and Parts team and other technical experts
**Qualifications**:
- Selling and Sales Skills
- Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent from similar trade background i.e. Plant Mechanic
- Experience in Hydraulic Service
- Customer focused
- Proficient PC Skills
